Global events are causing dramatic changes. Consumers’ lives have changed rapidly. They are looking for new foods and beverages, and even shopping differently. R&D is crucial to keep up with these changes, but travel, social/safety restrictions and even manpower losses are making R&D difficult. In this webinar, we will discuss the development of conventional and plant-based beverages, (and other fluid products), using small-scale UHT/HTST/Aseptic processors.

 

We have set these webinars up as 3 separate 1 hour sessions. Each session will cover a different product type, commonly used process, and include a demonstration of the process being discussed right from MicroThermics’ Lab.
