Introduction
MicroThermics® steam injection equipment features direct steam heating for UHT and HTST (Ultra High Temperature & High Temperature Short Time) processing. We offer both complete laboratory processing systems as well as modules that utilize our main processing systems for preheating. Both the processors and modules are available with indirect heating as well. They also have many other features including; internal hold tubes, a central connection panel (that enables each process to be completely customized) and internal product coolers. Finally, we offer an extensive upgrade path to support the addition of alternate hold tubes, data acquisition systems, in-line homogenization, ultra-clean filling and more. Most models can process at HTST and UHT conditions, hot-fill and conduct other continuous cooking processes. Let us help make your research and development more effective.
