DESCRIPTION
• Provides consistent, product flow up to 4 Lpm for wide range of products up to 175 PSI.
• Uses electric or steam heated hot water as heating medium. Temperature range: 140°-250°F (60°-121° C).
• Final Heater* -Hot water or steam heat.*
• Hot Water Control* -Provides additional temperature range control.
• Hold Tubes* -Processors generally include 2, 3 or 5 hold tubes with multiple combined hold times (2-120 sec.).*
• Product Cooler -Cools product to fill temperature as needed.
• Coolant Control -Provides ability to control cooling temperature by adjusting flow of cooling medium.
• Jumper Panel -Enables bypassing of unneeded components or inclusion of external processes to customize each test run.
• Pinch Valve -Back pressure valve used to maintain product pressure above its vapor pressure to prevent boiling.
• Lab Bench Enclosure -Convenient wheeled, stainless steel lab bench enclosure with sink, faucet and raised edge to contain spills.
