Introduction
The MicroThermics® Mini series are small steam heated UHT (Ultra High Temperature) & HTST (High Temperature Short Time) processing systems that operate at flow rates of 300 to 800 mL per minute. They feature sanitary product fittings, automatic temperature controls for simple operation, and two internal hold tubes (combining for up to 30 seconds at 20 liter per hour) in an extremely compact design. Our Mini processors can be used for many different processes including hot-fill, pasteurization, and aseptic processing. We offer many different models that can be customized with many options such as Plate and or Tubular heat exchangers, steam injection, in-line homogenization, alternate hold tubes (up to 10 minutes), data acquisition systems, ultra-clean filling and more to fill your processing requirements.
