

Introduction
The MicroThermics® Electra series are miniature UHT (Ultra High Temperature) & HTST (High Temperture Short Time) processing systems that combine the performance of our full-size systems with our most popular features into a more compact design. Electra processors feature automatic temperature controls for simple operation, two internal hold tubes (combined up to 60 seconds at 1 liter per minute) and all-electric installation eliminating the need for a boiler. All of the models from our Development Series are available in the Electra Series (see "Process Range" table below). Processing systems from the Electra Series follow the same upgrade path as our other systems to support addition of steam injection, alternate hold tubes, data acquisition systems, in-line homogenization, ultra-clean filling and more.
