In-line Conductivity Sensor
MicroThermics In-Line Conductivity Sensor measures product conductivity and indicates the start and end of your batch as it is fed to down-line equipment.
How It Works
The product flows through a specially designed in-line sensor where the conductivity and temperature are measured. The transmitter calibrates the reading, correcting for temperature and displays the result. MicroThermics systems are started on water, which is followed by product. When the feed is changed to product, the interface is a mixture of product diluted with water. The change in conductivity indicates the change from water to product.
